1. General Questions

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
    Can I change my order?
    We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
    Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping", or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

    2. Shipping

    Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to over 150 countries. Please check the shipping options upon checkout to see shipping options.

    How long does it take to ship my order?
    Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

    Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery

    All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped to North America will take 2 - 4 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered. 

    If by chance your item has not arrived within 30 business days please contact us from the “Contact Us” page on our website so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual 30 days.

     
    Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery on all custom items. Shipping times vary depending on shipping options. Please see the shipping options upon checkout.

    3. Returns

    Do you accept returns?
    We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept any returns. Please review your order carefully before completing.
     
    Can I exchange an item?
    We do not accept exchanges or cancellations to orders. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept any changes or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing.  

    Custom Items
    We do not accept returns for custom items.
